things to keep an eye on

i have only been running the pred sins May 2nd 2010 but in that short time i have noticed a small number of things that you need to keep an eye on. The buds are the main thing but there are a couple of other things i have noticed, like the rose joint at the top of the rear hub just make sure that it dose not fole on the hub becase you have done the nut and bolt up to tight or it is not parallel to the hub(this will binde up the suspension). I have also riped a shock compensator so if the shock feels inconsistant this could be the problem. Make sure you use thred lock on the alluminium parts. Just to finish off MAKE SURE to check you wheel nuts befor every run as they can come lose.

you will also notice that the rose joints have quite a high wear rate too and become "sloppy" after a relatively short amount of time...

They will come off in a big crash, but before then you will probably notice much more "play" around the hubs and wishbones.
It's just a case of maintenance in my opinion. Your pred will run a LOT better when the "play" is at a minimum.

Another thing to look out for is the balls on the stearing as the small screws can come loss when runing on very bumpy tracks. "Put on lots of thred lock"

Hi, I put tread lock on all the screw with metal. If not, the screw will take her liberty.
